Making better webinars, faster at Hoxhunt
At Hoxhunt we wanted to ramp up our webinar production and increase attendance, but our existing workflow was a bottleneck. It was time-consuming and design resource-heavy, which limited how much content we could produce and repurpose.

Approach
We rolled out a three-step strategy to overhaul our webinar production:
Templated Promotional Assets:I created Figma templates for promo materials on Meta, LinkedIn, and our website. These templates can fit 1-2 speaker photos and have adjustable color schemes, keeping our branding consistent but fresh every month.
Streamlined Editing Process: By switching from After Effects and Premiere to Descript we were able to prioritize speed and collaboration. This change sped up our turnaround times and reduced the workload of the design team.
Seamless Handover Process:We created a collaborative workflow using Descript. It starts with the Growth or Content team recording, then a Growth marketer does the first edit. I take it from there, doing final edits, adjusting audio, adding end cards, and getting it ready for distribution.
Results:
Scaleable Production: We consistently roll out 1-4 webinars per month.
Increased Attendance: We saw a 4x jump in webinar registrations.
Improved Efficiency: We cut production time from one week to just 1-2 days.
Content Repurposing: We easily create short-form videos and quotes for social media from our long-form webinars.
Rapid Content Creation: Our new process allows for quick webinar edits with fewer design resources.
